Montessori International College educates children in a unique and rather special way, we like to call it our Learning Village. That Village includes everyone involved in raising and teaching your child. So before a family can apply to send their child to the College, we require you to come on a tour. The tour will provide many vital insights into the experiences your child and your family can expect from a Montessori learning environment.
Please note: We are not able to conduct drop-in tours so bookings are essential.
About our Tours
We run two different types of tours, one of our Early Years and Primary area and one of our Adolescent Community area. Both generally run for an hour, and include an information session led by one of our leadership team as well as a comprehensive guided tour of the College.
Tours commence at 8.45 am for 9.00 am prompt start.
Early Years and Primary Tour
During this tour you will:
- Be taken on a guided 45-minute tour of the campus
- View our unique learning environments
- Experience Montessori classrooms firsthand, learn about the materials and importance of a prepared environment
- Have an opportunity to ask our knowledgeable team any questions that you may have about the College
Adolescent Community Tour
During this tour you will:
- Be taken on a 30-minute tour of the Adolescent Community area of our campus
- Participate in a 30-minute information session and Q&A forum
- NOTE: Only one child may accompany you on this tour due to limited capacity
Students interested in our Primary College or Adolescent Community (6 years through to 18 years) are invited to attend the information session and tour along with their parents, however, as there is extensive walking around the school grounds, it is preferred that children under the age of 6 do not attend. If you are unable to find care for them then you are welcome to bring them along.
